Power from Engnbldr RV head and cam?
OK so I was first thinking of just a budget engine rebuild but want to know how much power is gained from the Engnbldr street RV head and 268 cam? I will probly add a Downey header and exhaust. Is it noticable? My 4Runner is a daily driver with exhaust and 31's. Just want help with the hills, and maybe it can help mileage by me not always standing on it. The original motor died at 277,000 miles. Broke timing chain while on freeway.

by that graph, the only change is the torque shifting 500rpm lower. Doesn't really seem worth the money at all.
edit: power also begins dropping off about 500rpm sooner.

that exhaust seems quite large for just a 22re. i have the engnbldr 261 cam and lce header with 2.25 full exhaust, the difference isnt huge but i am a little faster than my buddy that has a stock 88 pickup on either 30s or 31s i dont remember which exactly.
