Installing Air Horn on ARB Compressor
Has anyone installed an air/train horn and run it off the arb compressor? my stock horn just barely makes noise now so i figured since i have the compressor already i'd try and put a loud horn in. im guessing i'd have to have some sort of reserve tank since the tank on the arb unit is so small.
if anyones done it could you give me some info on how and what parts you used? thanks

there are inexpensive kits for running air horns, a lot of them under $50 and come with small compressors if you don't have the ARB one installed. If you do, then I think all you'd really need is the air horn, some hose, an air solenoid, and a small tank. Should be pretty straightforward.

ARB dual Compressor is a constant duty Compressor and arb makes a 1 gallon tank for it as well as you can hook up any size tank you want you just need a 1/4 Npt fitting to a Jic4 if using arb ptfe stainless lines or if yours is setup with 1/4 to 1/4 npt
