Help needed asap

Hi guys, I need your help on this 1995 Toyota Pickup 22RE. I just replaced the entire head, new timing parts (marcs are in the right position). It was running good, but suddenly it started to shake like if ot is pit of timing, and I checked with the light and see the advance mark on the pulley inestable. I made sure all the vacumm lines are ok (the only I am.not to sure is the valve that has the 3 pipes, ot has just two lines going in to and the 3rd has a cap, EGR valve has the lower pipe (for vacuum) clogged and that is all I can say about it. Please guys, help me with this one, I really need the truck for work. Thank you!

that is the vacuum connector with the 3 pipes I was talking about, the one that is on the intake manifold wirh the yellow cap on it, in case this help. Thabk you very much.

Easy wat to get a 22 close!

Pull the distributor bolt ... fill with a plug... paper... have a friend turn the engine and spin the distributor until it starts... mark location of the rotor.. pull it out and back in where the bolt will be centered on the lock grove. Make sure the rotor is at your mark and you can dial it in form there!

This is not a 4-Wheel Drive only site (otherwise I would not be here....), but the overwhelming majority of members here have 4WD as this forum started and still is an off-road forum.
