Very very very likely... does your oil also look like choclate milk?
Could also be a cracked head.... niether of which are good at all - sorry...

Do a search, one of the most common problems with 22r style engines is that the plastic timing chain guides break and then as OrRunner said it wears through the timing cover and mixes oil and coolant. But it would help a lot if you started with letting everyone know what engine we are talking about.

when was the timing done last? new cover or old? hows the power on the truck? white smoke out the pipe? lots of things to narrow down what it "could be"

I'd compression test it I guess. That should let you know if its in the head and or gasket. If your numbers are good, I would do the timing with a new cover and run it.

Start with the cheaper less time consuming things and work your way into the motor, but don't be lazy on the fix. If your in the timing components and take the cover off and there are no marks or worn components then get into the head.

Simple way to tell, pull the valve cover and look down at the guides to see if they are broken.
