I don't have a measurement right now since the bell housing and everything is still disassembled. The only thing I can think is that I had over tightened the pressure plate or that it may have been on wrong? All the screws went in, but it seems that it could have gone on another way. I have a torque wrench to put everything back together now. Also, there is no play between the push rod and the fork.

Ok heres the latest update. I took everything back apart. Everything was in properly as I thought. I put it all back together the same way again. When I went to put the slave cylinder on again, It was to hard to push the rod in toget it behind the fork and bolt up so I opened the bleeder valve, shoved it in place, and closed it. I don't know how it all happened but when I got back it the truck and pushed the pedal, th clutch felt great. So I started it up, and she went right into gear.

Since I could see the fork pushing on the presure plate the first time around, I can only think of 3 things:

1. The clutch was not aligned properly, even though I used the tool to do the job. Therefore it wasn't disengaging.

2. The pressure plate was over tightened but I doubt this would crete an issue.

3. Or the rear drive shaft needed to be disconnected since the truck couldn't roll. Maybe the gear was just coincidently stuck in that spot wherre it ouldn't go into gear. I don't know.

Glad to hear you got it fixed, I was having a similar issue it turns out the pressure plate bolts backed out due to old age. I just got mine installed hows your pedel feel? mine is soft almost like a stock clutch bought the 1200Lbs kit thought it would of been a little stiffer. Looking for some feedback

the pedal is smooth but there's about a half inch window instead of a full window now since I got the puck clutch. I like it but now I can really tell that my tcase mount s shot. ordering the bombproof from trail gear to solve that one.

I'm having these same issues with a 94 accord

Hey I'm having the same exact issues all parts are brand new! I replace master and slave cylinders. Clutch and pressure plate. Installed a new steel braided line guessing the original lines had a leak and bleed it for 2 weeks everyday. Did you ever figure it out? If so, what was it? Please reply ASAP it would be greatly appreciated
