Lumpy Antifreeze?

So... I poured 3/4 gallon of this crap in my radiator before I realized what was happening. Is this normal at all, or is it flush+fill time?

Red face

Was that in a sealed container??

Did you use that container to make a premix of antifreeze and water??

was there perhaps something in the container that caused this.

I have had opened but capped antifreeze around for months without problems
