Does anyone know if Jeggs blocks pt#60811 will fit on 84 pickup spring perches correctly? I've heard some hollow blocks can pop out because of the rounded top edges on the perches.

Don't use hollow blocks, especially shucks brand aluminum blocks. If you have to use a lift block don't go more then 2'', and get steel blocks with or without a slight taper. Theres over a thousand of them out there, why are you asking about "JEGS". Use a measuring tape and check the dimensions of the part to the application. And if it doesn't list applications or dimensions then don't waste your time.

I've had 3" tapered, solid Iron blocks on my truck for years. Worked Ok after I installed some old style NWOR traction bars to combat the axle wrap. But I recently discovered my pinion angle is off. I'm looking for some flat 2" blocks to put under my 2" rear springs. This is a mud/hunting/firewood truck, not looking for extreme articulation. Who makes sells this recomended type of block for Toyotas? Jegs lists 84 toyota for this part but i don't like the looks of the hollowed out alum. spacers.

Theres some good ones in here. There hollow, but the cast iron. Wich is fine, when I said don't use hollow blocks I was referring to aluminum. Should have said don't use aluminum. Sorry for the confusion.

And do you think you need a tapered block to correct your pinion angle?
I have a 2.5 solid steel block with about a 4 degree taper. Cant for the life of me remember were it came from, but ill work on it.
