Thank you for your input. I have replaced the fuel filter twice.

Unfortunately, I found the correction to the problem. While being lazy, I used a spray to clean the intake valves since cylinder 4 was not firing. I subsequently, seized the block as I could not maintain enough engine speed to keep sufficient oil flow enough to balance engine stutter; THE ENGINE IS NOW SEIZED at cylinder 1 on the crankshaft.

Upon removing the rocker arm assembly and camshaft, I noticed the camshaft was worn so badly, each lobe had a 1/2 inch blade from wear from the rocker arms. The engine should not have been running at all.

I dont know kinda sounds like a plugged catalytic converter
