1995 2wd 4runner v6 radiator question

thanks this has been an invaluable rescource so far. I put the top end back together with this page. unfortuantely I am pressed for time and need a quick question about my radiator answerd if posible please. thx in advance.

Ok, a 1995 v6 2wd toyota 4runner *(all are japan made??)

I called toyota $600 I called the parts shop $169

My delima I measure a width of approx 20 & 3/4 (It has no side tanks on old radiator) and the lady at the parts shop says it is 19 & 11/16

SO what gives ? Is this the right one to order ? Point me in the right direction please.

EDIT: Arrr, I found one that is closer. Its a 4wd one that matches my dimensions. ???
THe 4runner has Psteering Air Cond All loaded would that make them have bumped it up to HD cooling at the factory ? I want to get to town today to order if possible. thx.

meh, the parts place has the HD one in stock, I am just gonna Yank the old one and go compare the sizes b4 I buy it.

Asha-man For the Readers.

Well I would say no to the $600 one and very likely to the one for $169. Thats what I just payed for for my 93 4x4 4Runner 5spd. The differences come with if yours is a 95.5 or 95, a manual or an auto. Auto will have the trans cooler in it making it larger then a manual. As for the sizes not sure causeI'm at work. Hope this helps.

I put a 4wd Radiator in it. Put a new shroud on it. Runs cooler than ever.
Also saved about 40 Lbs with the plastic radiator. At some point I would like to put a Nice/ HD one back in it.

Cant slam the hood cause the cap barely touches the hood but I can live with that. *(yes its as low as it will go, its the 4wd neck that stands a little to tall.)
