I talked to someone at Toyota one time and they said it is not needed.
What else is needed at 125k miles.

No, it most definitely does. It's due at 90k, and that happens to be an interference motor, so if it were to break, things get expensive.

How about the need to change trans fluid & coolant & spark plugs
I have heard the plugs are lifetime and never need to be changed.
Same with the transmission fluid and coolant.
What do you think?

I think you need to confer with the maintenance guidelines in post 3 that Toyota published for your rig.
I'm doubtful that spark plugs are a lifetime item.
It also says to replace coolant at 100K on page 32.
You are well past due on numerous maintenance items, IMO.
