BUSHINGS! need advice!
when i get home i'll be putting on the OLD MAN EMU lift and thought itd be a good idea to replace the rubber bushings with poly ones. (rear track bar, frt and rear sway bar, rack n pinion, frt lwr control arm, and rear ctrl arms) what special tools are needed and is the projected maint time. 2004 4runner SR5 V8 AWD

I replaced my track bar and front swaybar with Energy suspension Poly bushings. The swaybar took 30 minutes, but the track bar took substantially longer due to the fact that the OEM bushings need to be pressed out and I had to have that done at a local shop. Getting the bar in and out was relatively easy, maybe an hour tops (not jacked up, laying on my back in the driveway) It would have been easier if I had someone to put weight on the rear end while i was trying to reinstall the trackbar... the results are well worth the time.
