Low4life, you've got me baffled. Honestly nothing you listed there would cause your highway cruising rpms to change. From the flywheel back is fixed ratios. In gear, the ratios never change, so you shouldn't see any rpm difference from one mod to the next.
Did you change tire size or rim size when you added all that stuff from lc? Is the clutch in good condition and adjusted properly?

low4life, when you say that it cruises at a higher RPM range, do you mean that its going the same speed you used to cruise at just higher RPMs or that it cruises better at higher speeds than it used to?
Also, to osv; I've abused my Yota axles pretty bad for non-reinforced axles and haven't managed to bend one *knock on wood*

OK so check this out
I recently reinstalled a cat on the truck to get rid of some of the drone involved with running no cat .
Now the truck likes to cruise in 5th at like 2200-2500 again.
Weird huh ?

If its an 8" you need to start looking at 4wd shops. Like 4wheelparts.com or something. However, if you didn't notice, this thread is related to 2wd supra 8" diff's. Not the best place to ask about 4wd crap.
