testing cold start circuit, NOT injector

I'm having some trouble figuring out how to test the circuit for the cold start injector. FSM explains how to test resistance on the injector itself, but not the circuit it connects to. Any ideas?

I've been having a rough/no idle at cold start issue for a while, but around Christmas my injectors were all tested or repaired/replaced. No CEL codes and I can't seem to figure this one out. Once the truck is warm, it starts fine. I'm gonna continue to scour the older threads, but it seems a lot more people have warm idle issues...

Anyhoo, help on the cold start circuit would be a great start...

Thanks!

-Chris

the cold start injector ONLY operates while the key is in the START position...
so your problem is probably related to the Idle Up
