not only that but it's 15% all the way around, which is also technically illegal

I think Fl is 15% on the back, 7% on the sides, and I'm not sure about the regulations for the front window.

but I haven't got hassled about them ever; maybe cause my windows are down most of the time anyway one of the benefits of living on the coast in Florida

20 is what factory tint is...

Here its 35 on the front 2 roll downs, i had 5 on the back half and 20 up front on my old car.

I miss my tint...

oh my bad, I was throwing out an "I think" guess, and I forgot tint goes darker with the lower number, I'm an idiot...

might be better just to look the laws up yourself

Lol yea, dont worry about it. Yea its like 28 on the front roll downs, 7 on the back roll downs, 15 on the back.

lol, man I order parts for Grove and Linkbelt cranes all day, I don't installed tint, I have no idea

I got to the shop, and the lady was like "how dark do you want it?". I said "oh I have no idea " So we walked outside and she showed me her Taco with 15% all the way around, and I was "Ok, that'll work"

I was going to suggest that, but wasn't sure how easy it is to get that part. I suppose it's easier to find than most things.

If you do switch, I know that there are 2 extra cuts in the headliner, I think they're shown in the pics.

The more I think about it, having them mounted in the mirror might be better if it can be pulled off. They wouldn't need to be angled.
