the plan is by the time this has a plow on it, i have a newer DD. even tho the plow won't live on it so far this year it would have seen 3 maybe 4 plowings.
it will also be a lite tral rig once i have a dd

For me, I'd never waste my time and money on putting a plow on a mini truck. We have a 3/4 chevy diesel, and there are still times that that's not enough power/weight to push snow around our drive way, I can't even imagine how much a light, not torquey plow truck would piss me off.

6 inch plow is pretty small. might take awhile to get the driveway plowed...

It's not really an issue of torque. you put it in 4low, 1st gear, and you have plenty of torque unless you're trying to plow 4' or something like that. I'd personally get a bunch of sandbags or some other weight for the rear end to help it dig in more for traction purposes, but other than that a 6' plow shouldn't be an issue

igot a plow on my 84 pickup. its a 6.5 fisher blade. pritty good. sags a little but i still dont like the idea of it. i do small drivways thats about it. more than that will probly kill your rig[ATTACH]Snow plow on a 2end gen???-1214071149a-new-truck.jpg[/ATTACH]

the plans are for a quick disconnect system
and the drive way is not that big
and only a half dozen or so uses a year
so the runner should be fine
