2 years now and I wouldn't swap it for anything. Great precise shifts and a truly solid shifter with no slop etc etc. Like most I used to occassionaly have issues selecting 1st due to movement in the Toy shifter but its a one finger operation with this shifter. Having the shifter stops and the overall design also allows for 2nd to 3rd shifts as fast as you can go and it won't miss

My 4Runners not lifted etc so I set it up for my interior and to also suit my original auto console arrangement and I used a smaller Toyota car lever boot.

Normally you would screw a Mustang shifter ball straight onto the threaded lever for a super short shift but I added a Toyota lever for extra height although the one shown in above page link has since been replaced by a shorter Supra lever.

Not a specific pic but you can see my shifter height in this pic.

I previously made a modified shifter like that sold by LCE http://www.toyotacatalog.net/M1WebGe...B-FF6F56AFDCF2 but they still use the standard shifter and its small pins etc whereas for the same price you can get a rock solid MQW. You have to redril 3 holes and make a 15mm spacer etc but IMHO well worth the effort.
