Think of the term lean and rich. Rich means too much gas and lean means not enough. so if it is not a fuel flow issue due to you stating previously that you have checked and cleaned all components then my suggestion is that you have an exhaust valve that is not closing fully. this is allowing gas to be let out without buring. Having said that, it would not cause it to bog down when in gear. my other thought is perhaps the coil pack or leads could be breaking down. just thoughts. might be a good idea to get someone to video tape it while idling and driving so we can get a better idea of exactly what it is doing.

what was your fuel pressure on the fuel rail?
Does the FP reg have a vacuum line going to it?
What happens when you disconnect the vac hose? Is there vac on the hose?

So what happened? Did you get the problem fixed? I am having the same problems and was wondering if your problem was fixed and what the cure was?
