ALL OF THE 3.0 V6 FANS LOOK LIKE THAT. AS I SAID BEFORE. YOUR FAN IDLER BEARING IS GOING BAD. THIS IS CAUSING THE FAN TO WOBBLE AND AND TURN UNBALANCED, CAUSING THE WARPED LOOK YOU SEE IN THE VIDEO. IF YOU DON'T REPLACE IT SOON IT WILL EVENTUALLY BREAK SENDING FAN PARTS THROUGH YOUR HOOD, RADIATOR, AND POSSIBLY OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS. THEN YOU WILL GET TO REPLACE THE IDLER BRACKET ALONG WITH THE FAN AND ANY PARTS IT TAKES OUT WHEN IT BREAKS.
HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED, ALTHOUGH I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND BUYING IT ON EBAY.

Toyminator2000-
Sorry, for some reason I thought you were talking about the fan clutch bearings and was about to tell you that it was recently replaced. I didn't think about the Idler pulley. Ill check it out. But like I said, the fan its self looks severely warped. If it is indeed the fan causing the wobble, would the 22re fan be sufficient to cool the 3.0?

probably not. If it was it would be the same fan to begin with. Besides, you are already missing your shroud, unless you took it off for the video.
Also, the balancer moving in and out is probably actually the crank itself moving in and out. not easy to fix.

Yeah I haven't gotten a new shroud yet, the old fan took it out when it shattered. I figured it wouldn't be enough to cool the bigger engine, but I figured I'd ask. The salvage yards around here have very few Yotas, and what they do have, only have the 22re engine ha.
But yeah, I'll look into the Idler pulley.
Thanks guys

I agree get a new fan bracket before this happens to you:

If you go with a cheap made in China part, I'd recommend not mounting a mechanical fan on it and switching to a Taurus fan.

Looking through threads for vibration issue
I have an 89 Extended cab (4x4) pickup with the 5 speed manual transmission. It has always had a vibration since buying it a year ago
hat makes itself known when the engine hits 3400 RPMs. The odometer is at 192,000. I had an 08 Tacoma that
had a similar vibration that I narrowed down to a poorly written factory tune for the variable valve timing. This 89 feels like dry bearings in a
U-joint. But, It happens at 3400 rpm and higher in every gear. I am easy on it and never drive over 68 mph.
