Power steering leak from rack?

Hey all, I've got a 2nd gen 1994 4runner A/T 4WD.
I've also got a slow power steering fluid leak that appears to be coming from some kind of threaded bolt(?) on the power steering rack(?). I could be wrong about what this bar going between the two front wheels is. Is this the power steering rack? What is this bolt?
I cleaned the area and have been monitoring for the leak over the past few days and it doesn't seem like the fluid is dripping from above, just slowly leaking out of this threaded thing. Its on the front passenger side of the car.
Can anyone shed some light on what is happening here?

you talking about the castle nut? There's no fluid in that rod. Leaking above and running down.

Yes, leak coming from above.
Original Poster is in the best position to look for that leak.

That metal bar is called the relay rod. The 4runner didn't get rack & pinion steering until 1996. However, that location is a common spot to find fluid (ATF) dripping down from the power steering pump on the 3VZE powered 4runners. Is that what you have? Maybe have a look at the back/bottom of the PS pump.
