I was right in the middle of putting a charge in when this same thing happened so I started surfing... found some of the same things that were mentioned here such as that under the kick panel where the computer is there is a little box about the size of a ring box with 2 fuses... one is 30 amp fuse on the bottom the other is 20 amp... on the top... when my ac would not turn on and the green light that came on when you pressed the button for ac would not come on ..I checked these fuses the 30 amp was ok the 20 amp was blown so I replaced it....I am glad that it was only a 20 amp fuse that needed to be replaced when I was in the middle of servicing the system.. hopefully it will hold and not leak out...

That 20 amp fuse blew for a reason, hopefully it doesn't blow again, but if it does you might have a short. That or while working on the ac you shorted on the wire or something. Either case grats on finding the blown fuse, the AC ones are kind of hidden xD.
