intermittent blower.

1991 Pickup 3VZE, Manual, 4x4 (if that matters)
Hello all, long time watcher, first time poster. I replaced my blower, resistor and switch. the switch i pulled out had major burn marks and I assume it was high resistance from the original blower. New blower works fine on all speeds but I noticed today that on position 3 it decided to blow at a very low setting randomly. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much.

It's possible to get bad, new parts. Especially aftermarket parts. I have and it can cause you to chase your tail.
