I don't mind shameless Wabfab Plugs, if he can show me where to get a set of manual hubs for $50! Cheapest I've seen are like $99.

They come up on ebay all the time. Check your local boneyards, too. If you take them off, they should be really cheap. In AZ you don't to worry about rust, much.

20-30 bucks apiece is a reasonable price. Maybe a little more if they are perfect. The inner parts are pretty stout. They clean up real nice. I bought an ugly pair for 35.00, cleaned, painted and rebuilt them, for under $60.00.

Craigslist sometimes has them.

I buy Aisins all the time for under $50 online in the Toyota forums. Just go search or find a local boneyard.

New Warns are more than used Aisins and not as good or strong.

Or just suck it up and buy some refurbished Aisins and I'll throw in the conversion kit.

Now that is a shameless plug.

Much appreciated, much better when you include the actual link! Not gonna be spending $250 for manual hubs tho any time soon. Waiting on a response from a guy on Craigslist on some WARNs he has listed at $75. Will try and work down from that number tho if he still has em.
