High Mileage Yotas!

I sold this 93 22re with 471,234 miles! On the original clutch. All I ever did to it was weld a little hole on the downpipe and I did the timing chain and a battery. The day I sold it the compression was as good as the day it rolled off the boat!

this is semi irrelavent, but I just rolled 210k miles on my 97, and she still doesn't use oil! I ran synthetic for 5500 miles and none was missing... I am impressed.

take any pics of the odo? thats pretty crazy haha. We had one for sale locally about 3 or so years ago with 415,000 miles on all original parts, in good running order! It said high mileage in the ad, I figured like 200k max, and I called and found out it had that many haha.

Does the motor at least have to be in the rig first? I mean, waiting on an LCE order shouldn't count, should it?
Either way, hope you get it up and running soon.
Oh yeah, 87 4Runner 22re 5 speed. 187,000. Still factory, although could use an overhaul. the gaskets leak oil, pretty sure its not being burned.
1988 single cab short box 2wd 22r 4 speed. only 130,000 on original motor. It'll never die. 27 mpg, too.

my buddy had a 1987 4runner that had 383,XXX miles on it and it looked like brand new he bought it from the original owner in December we put clear turn and park lights on it stripped the interior and cleaned it and reassembled and put a timing chain in it. it didn't have a spot of rust on it. unbelievable

When I picked up my runner, it had 233,XXX kms on it. I just round it and say 150k miles. I've only had it about a month, but I plan on owning it for a long time.
