Well after taking it down to Toyota it needed a new distributor (guess the shaft was messed up being 21 years old lol) and the brand new fuel injectors in cylinders 1 & 2 ended up being bad.
Toyota was nice enough to let me go buy my own distributor ($125 vs $500) and give me 10% off for being helpful (it ran out of gas so they gave me there gas can and I filled it up for them lol) and I am returning the fuel injectors for two more.
I will let you know how it goes when I get it back together and thanks again for the help guys

My first thought was a clogged injector. My turbo runner ran the same when I first fired it up but a little worse. I went threw hell trying to figure it out. It turned out to be a bad injector. I had 4 more so I just threw one in. I bet your distributor was fine. Sorry you had to spend big money to fix it. Where did you get the injectors from?

Just took it on its test drive and its running perfectly now...BAD INJECTORS lol I got them at this auto parts store in town...The guy felt really bad so he upgraded them for me on the house (better brand I guess) lol
Anyway I am just glad to be done and have the headache go away
