Door buzzer stuck

Remove the buzzer module. I did that within a month of when my truck was new in '87 and never looked back. The dome light will still come on with the passenger door opening, but not the driver's door -- I prefer that, actually. You can still turn the dome light on with the three-position switch on the light, but it's nice to have your truck get all lit up when you open the door. Opinions will vary, but the stealth option is nice.

Thanks, The link you posted has expired but I think I found some good info on Google. Now I just need to find time to get into it. I'll update when I do.

I'd start with the Key Unlock Warning Switch. http://web.archive.org/web/201102052.../3ignition.pdf
Add your vehicle info to your signature (click on user CP)
It worked fine for me.
