Well, ya, you don't go wailing on the thing with a 3 lb sledge and TB sitting on concrete. I wrapped it up in a towel, had my buddy hold it, and lightly tapped on the screws. They are only M4 machine screws, so it really does not take much to get them too turn. The issue with the screwsis more the drive feature than anthing else. I hate phillips, Torx or hex key would be a far better choice, a much more positive drive feature.

The impact screw driver is a must for the tool box. When you need it, you most likely have already stripped out the head on the thing, so it is keeps you from drilling the darn thing out.

1/ throw it in the freezer over night.

2/ using a 3/8 ratchet phillips in the screw take a hammer and give it a good crack.

Any one actually taken one apart and put it back together???

I have mine apart and I'm not sure how tight/ thread count the "nut" goes over the piston.....

Any help on reassembly??
