93 4x4 3.0 sr5 oil pan removal
I am new to this forum and not an experienced mechanic. I have some experience on an 1988 22re but I am now working on a new ( to me ) 1993 sr5 4x4 3.0 L truck. I need to take off the oil pan. I looked at it and cannot figure out where to gain access - from the front of the oil pan or from the back. The manual I have is of no use. does anyone have a suggestion as to what is the easiest way to take out one of these oil pans? Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks, Mike

sorry to bring up an old thread. if my diff is dropped 4 inches lower than stock will i have to remove it to take off the oil pan? If not what is easier, lift up motor or remove diff? (btw my transmission is already out so that doesn't need to be unbolted.)
