The valves may need adjusting, the heads themselves are suppose to only have about 50,000 miles on them but I don't really know cause I didn't do them but I know they have been done at some point cause they look new just not really sure how long it had been

Ok so I'm still tying to figure this truck out so I adjusted the timing and I'm now running 13 degrees advanced and now more backfiring though the intake and only a small misfire at low rpms @ about 1500 and below but it doesn't do it all the time. I am still getting a code 52 but the cel light doesn't stay on all the time when it's off it runs fine but when comes on it looses power so I guess I gonna have to try and change the KS anyways
