The sway bar busted at the first weld I did, it was expected. I could see that I just didn't get it hot/deep enough. Next time I'm with the welder I'll go over it again and see how long it lasts.
I finally got enough of the locker harness and plugs so I could make it work without having to hard wire. I haven't hooked it up to the control box or switch yet, but the wires are all run nicely.

Taking another go at researching the do-ability of a 2nd gen rear e-locker retrofit and recently learned about the sway bar clearance issue. After finding this great thread I gotta ask; how is the franken-bar holding up??
