4 door, 4 cylinder engine owner's check in!
#21
I bought a 94 sr5 v6 5spd with a blown engine and made one after I rebuilt my 22re. So now I have 94 sr5 fully loaded pwr everything with a 22re 5spd combo. It doesn't have as much power in the runner with stock 28" tires and 4.36 gears. It seemed pretty peppy in the pickup it came out of with 4.10 gears. I know where there is a 1990 4runner for sale right now with a flaky 22r and 5spd, it used to be a 22re at one point in time, its a little thrashed though.

I have one a 95 4 door 22re 5 spd. It's bare bones. It doesn't even have chrome bumpers or ac etc. I love it cuz there are sooo many 4 runners around here, so its nice to have one that looks a little different. It was the 2nd one I looked at, and I jumped on it.
I saw one on Vancouver craigslist recently, not sure if it's still listed or not.

I have a 92 4door SR5 crank windows, no air. 22RE auto. Took about 2 months to find it in the Vancouver area. Seems to be more 5speed 22RE than auto's around here. Needed auto because my wife occasionally drives it.
