Sometimes it pays to search.

I have a question about this needle bearing upgrade. This is probably stupid but I'll ask anyway. The bearings and bushings are the same on both sides, right? Toyota parts overstock lists one part number for the bearing but two (L & R) for the bushing.

Did this on my 94 last summer and used the parts listed below.

Toyota Inner steering Knuckle Bushings (goes in the knuckle end)
Part Number: 90381-32001
Quantity: 2

Toyota Bearing, Needle rolling
Part Number: 90364-30011
Quantity: 2

Toyota Outer Steering Knuckle Bushings (goes in the spindle ends)
Part Number: 90381-30003
Quantity: 2

Toyota Chassis Grease, 1oz Tube.
Part Number: 08887-80219
Quantity: 2

Now I'm more confused. Inner and outer bushings PLUS a needle bearing?

That's what the drawing shows.

(Note that Lakeland shows these parts as "fitting" the T100 only. But the part numbers match the TSB cited by MudHippy. FWIW, the TSB says you only need one tube of 08887-80219 for both sides. At $14 a tube, I'd try to make it stretch.)
