120amp Jaguar Alternator Upgrade **HOW TOO**
#81
No such thing as a stupid question... Yes the plug matches. That was one of the main reasons I went this route, that way i didn't have to mess with my harness or fab up a new plug.
This Alts are NOT the same size. The Jag is significantly bigger and heavier but the mounts are the same. This alt will barley clear the radiator hose because of its larger size, but it will clear.

Bringing this back from the dead......regarding the internal voltage regulator mentioned on post 57- are guys just plugging this alternator in and going or are they replacing the regulator/plug assembly ?

Are the terminals the same? my reading indicates that one terminal is dead/blank on the Jag denso...... is there no functionality loss (dash gauge?) or something.
