Try reading the post dates. And he was right. If you're ready to swap an engine for something different you have so many things to consider that the word easy doesn't belong in the same sentence. While some can do them more quickly and successfully than others it still doesn't mean its easy. You still looking at fabricating mounts for the engine, trans, t-case. Probably running new fuel supply lines and checking if you can use your existing tank and sending unit. Lets talk either hacking an electrical harness or paying up to a few thousand bucks for a complete plug and play harness. Its not rocket science it anyone who asks for the easiest swap isn't prepared for a swap yet.

What I covered are the basics. Not factoring in clearance issues with other drivetrain parts or body parts. Not factoring in making linkages and just making stuff fir that doesn't want to fit.
