A/C compressor & Bracket

A/C compressor & Bracket
I have a 1984 22r pickup and I'm installing a/c from a donor truck that's missing the compressor and motor bracket. Would the bracket from a 22re be the same? I also need a compressor.

There are 2 brackets. But I was sure the compressors had the same
mounting. I have about 6 compressors and brackets.
Which style ac lines do you have? Do they come in from the side
of the compressor or the front?

I don't have either the bracket or compressor for comparison. I was told only the 22r bracket and compressor would work on my 22r, the 22re is differnt. I looked up the compressors on the internet for the 22re and 22r and gave two different compressors.
I'm trying to find a picture of a 22r compressor so I'll know what to buy.
Thanks for your response and I'm interested in your brackets and compressors if you want to sell.

When I took the factory A/C off my 87 22R 2wd extra cab and swapped it into a 85 22RE 4X4 standard cab, everything bolted into place. However, I used the 87 22R block for the 85 EFI but I think the blocks are identical. The 85 had aftermarket A/C which used a different compressor bracket, not as solid as the OEM bracket. Hope that helps
