87 4runner rear window

Before I get flamed here for "reposting" I might have a special situation as why my window wont work. So a couple weeks ago I drove through a creek. It ended up a little deeper then I thought it was and when I got out and checked my rear window it worked. The next day I wired up my offroad lights, the window worked before I played with the wiring for lights, but afterwards it wouldn't. I checked fuses and their good, and I have power going towards the relay but haven't been able to check power in the back.

Symptoms:
My rear wiper isn't working either (along with the spray)
The window wont go down with using the key or the button
The rear defrost DOES work still

I tried moving around the wiper and using my key to roll it down but still no good.
My friend thinks the the water was sitting on the relay for the window and wiper and just did water damage overtime...

Im looking for any tips or things to check to fix my window..

Since the rear window relay is beside the rear seats, unless you had water in that far, unlikely it got to the relay. Might consider unhooking the wiring to your new lights and see if anything changes:

I might have been deep enough in for water to get on the relay, i was in pretty deep. but would that be an immediate effect or could it happen afterwards? Ill test what you suggested though, thanks.

One time my rear window quit working. Checked rear wiper was parked in the right position. Pushed in a little on the tailgate and viola the window works again. It had not been slammed shut completely. It looked shut but wasn't. Always check that before fuses etc!

Could pop off the side panel next the the driver's side rear seat and see if it is wet inside. If so, leave the panel off a while to let it dry off in there (where the relay box lives):
