should look like mine:

I have been searching for hours on how to hook up the fuel hard lines under the intake of my 87 22r carbureted.

I see that you have labeled yours "I" and "R" Great!!!! now I have an idea which is "fuel in" and "fuel return". I didn't have the luxury of labeling and removing mine, so now that I know which hard line is which, thanks to your pic!. I would like to know if you have a pic of the fuel tank hard lines just below where those are that you labeled, so I can hook mine up correctly

I would greatly appreciate it if you can help me out
thanks!!

Nope, can't help you out there - I bent all new hard lines back to the tank so mine look nothing like stock.

So what about all of the vacuum switches and choke opener on the carb? Block it off? My 22r is running good but it won't idle!! Missing the charcoal canister but I don't think that is needed?
