I've been looking, but it looks like we'll have better luck finding a tonneau if we had big stupid bro trucks.
Have you looked into having one made?

I would look for one of those snap covers that they used to make (may still do). I'm thinking that something off of a Ranger, Mazda Truck or some of the other generations of Toyota Pickups might work. Just scope out the dimensions. I'll eventually get one when I get a factory bed so let me know what you find out.

the problem for me is having a longbed,i work in a sheetmetal shop so modifying an existing frame is no biggie, just finding one for an 8' bed to cut down (used) and modify has been impossible, plus ive got a friend in the upholstery bussiness who can do the cover portion once a frame is fabbed.

If you work at a sheet metal shop and you have a friend that does upholstery why don't you make one from scratch?

He said he wanted to find an 8 foot bed cover to cut down to size... not meaning he thought he had an 8 foot bed
