I found a 2wd in a local salvage yard with this digital clock in the dash above the stereo, I have seen Toyota's factory cassette player and a small tray but never a digital clock- yes it is factory but it is tapped into the wiring harness. it clips into the location using the factory holes and also has the word 'Toyota' printed on its face.

I had a 79 with that clock....not sure if it was factor or not though.

Toyota never installed a Digital Clock in a 1983 Toyota truck from the factory. The only factory / dealer item installed in that location was an optional Tape Deck. The optional Digital Radio was installed in the lower mounting location and I do not remember if the Digital Radio had an integral clock function.

I remember that clock ..
it was in the "accessory" brochure from the parts department ..
not a real popular option though , I dont remember ever selling any . It is factory accessory though !!
