any one heard of weber 26/27

i got a weber a picked up from pull a part but on the barrels it says 26/27 is it the same as 32/36

Those guys are early DGV downdraft carbs.. Basically an older version of the 32/36 (to my knowledge..). You'd be okay running with that 26/27, but parts may be obsolete if a rebuild is necessary. I can't say that for certain though because I don't have a clue as to their internals as compared to a stock Weber 32/36.

If anything, just measure the bore of each manifold end and they SHOULD come out to 32mm and 36mm. If they don't, throw that piece of crap out. If they do, you can install and hope its old butt still works right or try a rebuild and hope its innards are rebuildable.
